1.Introduction
Welcome to NGU LLC dba Cecile’ AI Strange (“Cecile’ AI Strange,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing our website or purchasing our consulting or training services, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. If you do not accept these terms, you may not access or use our services.
2.Nature of Services
Cecile’ AI Strange provides professional consulting, training, and educational services that teach individuals and businesses how to build, manage, and maintain their own AI systems using third-party platforms. We do not host, sell, license, or operate proprietary software. All tools and platforms used during training are accessed and owned solely by the client.
3.Client Responsibility
Clients are responsible for creating and maintaining their own accounts on any third-party platforms required for AI system functionality. Cecile’ AI Strange does not manage these accounts and is not liable for platform changes, outages, pricing, or data security related to third-party tools.
4.Intellectual Property
All written materials, training guides, content, and visual assets provided by Cecile’ AI Strange remain the intellectual property of NGU LLC. These materials are licensed to you for personal or internal business use only and may not be reproduced, distributed, or resold without our express written permission.
5.Use of Services
You agree to use our services lawfully and ethically. You may not use any portion of our content or materials to build, distribute, or train unethical, deceptive, discriminatory, or malicious AI systems. We reserve the right to refuse service or terminate any engagement found to violate these terms.
6.Refunds and Cancellations
Consulting and training services are prepaid and non-refundable unless otherwise specified in writing. If you cancel a session or package, any completed services or delivered materials are still billable. Please review any separate refund policies specific to your agreement or package.
7.Chargebacks
Initiating a chargeback to reverse a legitimate, agreed-upon payment is considered a breach of these terms. We reserve the right to challenge any chargebacks in coordination with payment processors and to recover any costs or fees incurred.
8.No Guarantees or Warranties
Cecile’ AI Strange offers strategic guidance and education. We do not guarantee specific financial, business, or technical outcomes. Success depends on client implementation, market factors, and third-party platform stability. All services are provided “as is” and “as available.”
9.Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cecile’ AI Strange shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services, including loss of data, business interruption, or platform failure. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the services.
10.Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless NGU LLC dba Cecile’ AI Strange and its affiliates, team members, and partners from any claims, liabilities, or legal fees arising from your misuse of the services or violation of these terms.
11.Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Any updates will be posted on our website with a revised effective date. Continued use of our services after changes are made constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
12.Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts of King County, WA.
